QuickCerts are online short courses designed to support you wherever you are on your animal care journey, whether you are entering the industry, building foundational knowledge, or refreshing and extending existing skills.

Along the way, you gain a clear understanding of not just what to do, but why it matters, making it easier to apply your learning in real-world situations.

If you are new to animal care, QuickCerts provide a structured and supportive way to build knowledge and confidence before stepping into the workplace. Already working in the industry? They offer an efficient way to update skills, explore new areas, and stay current without committing to a full qualification.

What’s Included in Your QuickCert Enrolment?

When you enrol in a QuickCert, you receive access to a structured and supportive learning experience designed to fit around real life.

• Online Access: Three months of online access, allowing you to progress through the course at a pace that suits your schedule. 
• Flexible Timeframes: Extensions are available if you need extra time to complete your learning.
• Educator Support: Access experienced educators via phone, Zoom, and email for guidance, clarification, and support throughout your course.
• Printed Learner’s Guide: Receive a printed Learner’s Guide
• Online Resources: Explore a wealth of resources in our Online Learning Centre, including videos, documents, interactive e-learning presentations, and more.
• Learning Activities: Engage with learning activities that help you review your understanding and consolidate key concepts as you learn.
• Recognition: Earn a Certificate of Achievement upon successfully passing the QuickCert.

• Course Purpose: QuickCerts are theory-based short courses designed to build knowledge and confidence. They do not include practical assessments and do not lead to a nationally recognised qualification.
• Language of Instruction: All learning materials are provided in English.
